Concealed Weapons Permit 

The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office processes CCW applications in a timely manner. Please allow up to 120 days for processing your completed application. The slowest part of the CCW process is the return of the Federal background check. It is a requirement for the CCW process and takes the most amount of time to be returned. CCW Permit Fees are as follows: Initial Permit Fee is $99.00, Renewals are $64.00. Any renewal occurring after 364 days of expiration will require the same process as a new CCW application.
